The button takes you to the configured external download route rather than a file stored on iv7games1.com. Look for the package details and supported platform before starting a transfer. APK is an Android package format, not an iPhone installation file. We cannot confirm an iOS version unless the service lists a supported option.
A file downloaded but will not open
Check whether the transfer finished and whether the saved file is actually the expected package. A web page saved by mistake will not install as an app. Use the browser’s download history to locate the file instead of selecting an unrelated attachment. Read permission and security messages
